Great location! The breakfast staff (Alzira and Nicole) are always so sweet and welcoming to me and my kids. They go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Their kindness never goes unnoticed, and it truly makes our experience special every time. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Fast check in and friendly front desk. Housekeeping you meet in halls smiling and say hi. Breakfast bar workers friendly and efficient keeping items stocked. Alzira was very nice and helpful, thank you so much. Renovations are very nice. Nonslip coating in tub is truly nonslip but not abrasive. Super clean eating area thanks to a friendly Alzira Sephora. Very nice and friendly person.

Our hockey team had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the staff, everyone was constantly working hard, taking care of guests, cleaning, and making sure things ran smoothly. A special shoutout to Alzira, Marie and Sephora from the breakfast area, they were so attentive, friendly, and kind every morning. You could really tell they cared about giving guests a great start to the day. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with exceptional service. Perfect for hockey tournaments!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently kind, respectful, and ready to help whenever I needed anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the safe, quiet atmosphere, which made it feel like a second home during my stay. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality and support during my time here. I have stayed at your hotel a few times now and it’s been a wonderful experience. The front desk workers are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always well stocked and clean. We especially love the brownies and water bottle left for us . The breakfast staff are amazing always keeping things well stocked and fresh. They are always helpful finding what you need and making sure I have my yummy cinnamon roll thanks Nicole , Marie, and Alzira for your hard work and fresh breakfast.

Been staying here for work the past 3 weeks on and off and the staff are the best thing about the hotel. The morning breakfast ladies are truly the hardest working ladies I’ve seen. Always cleaning, restocking, and keeping the food fresh and hot. Nicole and Marie Claude, and a couple of other ladies who I sadly can’t remember their names have so much care for the guest. I wouldn’t get through my days at work travelling if it wasn’t for their great service and caring personality!! I’m going to miss this hotel when my travelling for work ends :( I highly recommend this hotel !

I booked a last minute two night stay. The check-in in was very easy and the front desk staff (I didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms cannot be criticized at all. They are large, supplied with plenty of towels, coffee and other amenities and are very clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. A special mention for Marie who worked non-stop to ensure the food was topped up and everything was spotlessly clean. Additionally she took the time to talk with guests, making everyone feel welcome. She is a great asset to this hotel.

The rooms are clean comfortable. The breakfast was good. Stayed 2 days. Reasonable price.Three staff members stood out ..Nicole from kitchen she is awesome helpful and very efficient. Alzira cleaning ..what a pleasant young lady...always greets you. Does A1 job. Ali on the front has looked after me on many occasions.. So has Nicole in kitchen. They made my stay warm comfortable and I look forward seeing to all 3 in May again These 3 girls are a definite asset to you company.
